Sean John Clothing Owner to Become Next Billionaire!

This may not come as a surprise to many of you, but according to Forbes magazine the sean john clothing designer Sean "diddy"Combs is projected to become the first hip hop entertainer to the Forbes 400 list. The business savvy that "Diddy" has shown over the years is no doubt the reason why he is leading the race to be the top guy in hip hop.

To start the list of Diddy created Bad Boy Records.   (later changed to Bad Boy Entertainment) This label has boasted one of the greatest line ups of any recording label. From Craig Mac, to Biggie, and Faith. Then Mary J Blidge, 112, the list goes on and on. This was, and still is the foundation of Combs' success and through his ability top artist such as Rick Ross, it shows he continues to have a clear grasp on the pulse of hip hop.

In 1998 Combs launched the popular Sean John clothing line. To date very few brands have seen the success,  or longevity that this brand has seen, and since since signing the deal with Macys its apparent that most brands probably never will. It is important to add that this brands has a multi million dollar profit each year and is a large reason why he is heading the list.

Next up comes the endorsement deal with Ciroc Vodka. This was a brand that no one had heard of and that wasn't really selling in pre diddy era. Diddy was approached to endorse the brand in return for part ownership. Now everyone knows the name Ciroc and equate it with Sean Combs, and if the vodka company ever decides to sell, it may be just what is needed to tip the scales in the Bad Boys direction.

In late 2008 Sean John made another great deal when it purchased dieing label Enyce from Liz Claibourne and seperated himself from many of the other urban clothing brands. This was around the time he was being called "Black Buffet" in reference to his ability to purchase business and make them exceed like Warren Buffet. A few years later it appears that these words are proving to be prophetic.

 As we mentioned before, NuStylze is keen on making 2012 our best year ever, and the easiest way to do that is to give our shoppers exactley what they want. So at our customers request, NuStylze is proud to announce the arrival of new Zoo York stock. It is important to understand that this Zoo York clothing expansion is a huge announcement for us as it is our vow to deliver quality fresh products to our market.

As we stated at the beginning of the year in our urban clothing address, we plan on expanding our site and the lines that we carry in an effort to be more competitve, and we hope that you see that the first month of the year hasn't ended and we are already fulfilling our goals, while attempting to satisfy our customers needs by adding more Zoo York apparel such as shoes and t shirts.

Kanye West to Form Design Company

World, please welcome the new Pharrell Williams of the hip-hop/art world: Kanye West. The rapper has launched a new design company that will make “products and experiences” for people. Kanye introduced his new company via Twitter:

“DONDA is a design company which will galvanize amazing thinkers and put them in a creative space to bounce there dreams and ideas.”

DONDA will involve architects, graphic designers, directors, producers, social media experts, publishers, lawyers, nutritionists, scientists, doctors, teachers, A&R’s etcetera. Kanye claimed they want to “help simplify and aesthetically improve everything we see, hear, touch, taste and feel.”

What about his upcoming women’s line? Kanye immediately shot down rumors that his upcoming line will be named DW after Dr. Donya West, his mother. He tweeted:

“The name of the line is Kanye West not DW. The DW was a design element placed on the invite in homage to my mom.”

The rapper also made sure that the public knows there’s no backing up behind his clothing line.

“You guys might think I have some type of backing for my line but I don’t. I did the first fashion show out of my own pocket and used the money I made touring to follow my passion. I’ve been working at this for 8 years now.”

And about his creativity, Kanye has a wee bit complain to share with the media:

“Being a celebrity has afforded me many opportunities but has also boxed me in creatively. What good is fame and prestige if you can’t use it to help people… I want to help by doing what I know how to do best .. create.”

The Carters Welcome Blue Ivy Carter

At last the long-awaited hip-hop princess is born.  Rapper Jay-Z and wife Beyoncé finally welcome the heiress of the Carter throne: Blue Ivy Carter.  The super couple’s first child was born January 8th, 2012 via scheduled cesarean section at Lennox Hill Hospital in New York City.

But when the little bundle of joy does arrive, don’t expect to catch a glimpse of Babyonce on the cover of a celebrity weekly.

Celebrity friends congratulated Jay-Z and Beyoncé via Twitter, beginning with the Carters’ close family friend Gwyneth Paltrow who tweeted: “Welcome to the world, Blue! We love you already!”.  Rihanna followed suit with “Welcome to the world, princess Carter! Love, aunty Rih”. Fellow rapper Diddy wrote: “Congrats to jay and B! God Bless :) ! And many more!”. Tyrese sent some Twitter love: “Congrats to you both.. You are loved! Beyoncé and Jay are new proud parents of a healthy baby girl.. Blessings!!”

The stream of celebrity well-wishers continued on Twitter, and there’s even a fake account formed using the baby’s misspelled name: @IvyBlueCarter. Speculations of when the official baby photos will surface has also been around the world wide web for quite some time now. We’ll keep our eyes and ears open for this.
